Delete your Habigrow account

You can delete your Habigrow account at any time. This can't be undone.

Before you delete

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Cancel in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).

Keep a copy if you want one. In the app: Settings → Backup → Export.

How to delete

In the app

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then type the confirmation word. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@habigrow.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

What we delete

The following is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of your request:

  • Your account: name, username, email, phone number, gender, date of birth and profile photo
  • The device details and push token stored with your account
  • Your sign-in record (Firebase Authentication)
  • The link between your account and your subscription in RevenueCat

What we can't delete for you

Data on your phone

Habits, moods and sleep logs are stored on your device. Uninstall the app, or clear its data, to remove them.

Your Google Drive backup

It's in your own Drive. Remove it in Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Habigrow → Delete hidden app data.

Purchase and tax records

Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep payment records as the law requires.

Anonymous statistics

Usage and crash statistics that can't be linked back to you.
